University House Parking is extremely limited
Walk
Use Google Maps to create a walking route from your location to University House.
- From the Lory Student Center Plaza, University House is a 16-minute walk or 1,841 steps.
- From the South College Avenue Garage, the walk is about eight minutes or 900 steps.
- From the garage use the College underpass trail and enjoy a stroll through the University Trial Gardens which are in bloom many months of the year.
Bike
Create a Biking route using Google Maps from your location to University House. Bike the College underpass trail and lock up your bike at the bike rack on the east side of the University House.
Spin E-Scooter and E-Bike

CSU Shuttle – Around the Horn
Use Google Maps to create an Around the Horn shuttle route from your location to University House.
- Take the Horn to the Pitkin Street stop just east of the Biology building, then walk the 10-12 minutes on the College underpass trail.
The Max Bus
Use Google Maps to create a MAX route from your location to University House.
- Take the Max to the Prospect Station stop by the University Health Center, and walk about 10-12 minutes via the College underpass trail.
Parking near University House
- CSU permit parking is available on the east and north sides of the University Center for the Arts, or in the South College Avenue Garage.
- Street parking in the neighborhood is not recommended as it is permit-restricted and enforced.
- One ADA parking space and one unmarked space behind the University House on Remington is available for those that need ADA accommodation.
Lory Student Center
Talent Development hosts trainings and employee orientation at the Lory Student Center. The locations vary depending on class size and room availability.
Parking
Parking is available for A permit holders on the east side of the Lory Student Center parking lot, and paid parking is also available using the Park Mobile app or physical kiosks.
Veterinary Teaching Hospital

Meet in the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH), Room ACC 120, located on the southwest corner of the building.
Parking
Recommended parking in Lot 725 for A Permit holders and metered parking:
- A-Permit parking is Lot 725 on the West side of the Veterinary Teaching Hostpital (VTH).
- Metered visitor parking is available on the north side of Lot 725.
- Note: Lots 715 and 716 are for VTH client parking only. Do not park in Lot 715 nor 716.
