Registration Instructions
Register for a Class or Orientation
Due to a limited number of seats in each class, registration is required for all classes.
- Navigate to the My Learning Portal login page
- Using your CSU eName and password, log in to the dashboard
- Select the Training Calendar tab to find the date of the class you want to enroll in
- Once you find the class you want to enroll in, select ‘Register’ or ‘Join Waitlist’ if the class is already full
Join or Leave a Waitlist
Class sizes are limited to create the highest quality experience for attendees.
- If you find the class you want to enroll in is full, select ‘Join Waitlist.’
- If you have joined a waitlist and decide not to pursue that class, unregister or leave the waitlist by selecting, ‘Leave Waitlist.’
Unregister for a Class
If you are unable to make the class you signed up for, remove yourself from the regsistered class in My Learning
- Navigate to the My Learning Portal login page
- Using your CSU eName and password, log in to the dashboard
- Select the Training Calendar tab to find the date of the class you are enrolled in (or waitlisted)
- Once you find the class you want to disenroll from, select ‘Reschedule’ and then ‘Unregister’
- To change your status from being on a waitlist, select ‘Leave Waitlist’
Registration tips:
Trainings may fill up quickly. Register for trainings with a catalog in hand or open in another browser tab on My Learning. We are aware of this challenge and are addressing it in several ways:
- *There is an automatic waitlist attached to each class, including the Core and Elective trainings that have class size limits.
- Join the waitlist if the class is full and you are interested in the class.
- Unregister from the class if you can no longer attend.
- We offer multiple sessions and waitlists for each of the Foundation trainings, which are part of the required training for supervisors.
- The trainings are also part of the CSU Supervisor Development requirement. We monitor those that have high-demand waitlists to determine if we need to add additional sessions.

Registration Support Resources
If you’ve never logged in to your My Learning portal in the Bridge LMS, navigate to the Download the My Learning Registration Guide (PDF). The Registration Guide will help you through the entire registration system and provide you with the resources that you need to feel comfortable using the new application.
Employees will need an eID to complete the process. If you don’t have one, please email CSU Training or call (970) 491-1376.

My Learning is an online tool
Professional development offerings are available online through Bridge/MyLearning. Bridge/MyLearning for faculty and staff is akin to Canvas for students – it is an online tool for registration and course administration.
My Learning is the portal to the Bridge Learning Management System (LMS), a software platform that allows employees to register, join waitlists and track supervisory training along with professional development and compliance training.
