Professional Development Institute
The PDI is a long-standing tradition offering CSU faculty, state classified personnel, administrative professionals, and graduate students an opportunity to present content and generate energy in their passion areas.
Participants will explore a diverse range of topics presented by CSU experts, all designed to foster professional growth and personal enrichment. Presenters and attendees will collaborate on key themes such as inclusive pedagogy, well-being, equitable processes, and creating inclusive work environments, sparking valuable insights and new ideas that make us stronger together!
The purpose of PDI is to provide an opportunity to bring us all together to share ideas, explore issues, and gain insights into learning, teaching, and service, as well as other professional and personal activities.
Historically, the PDI is hosted the second week in January before students return to campus for the spring semester.
