Professional Development Institute
Talent Development coordinates the 45th Professional Development Institute in 2024. The PDI is a long-standing tradition offering CSU faculty, state classified personnel, administrative professionals, and graduate students an opportunity to explore a wide-range of topics designed to enhance their professional growth and personal enrichment as we try to address the whole person and bring balance between work-related skills and personal advancement.
The purpose of PDI is to provide an opportunity to bring us all together to share ideas, explore issues, and gain insights into learning, teaching, and service, as well as other professional and personal activities.
Historically, the PDI is hosted the second week in January before students return to campus for the spring semester.
