How do you find the classes you’re looking for on Bridge/MyLearning? The departmental resource directory displays the CSU departments that offer trainings and learning experiences through My Learning.

Note that some departments start with “Office of…” Contact each listed Department Administrator to learn more about that department’s training offerings.

What is Bridge/MyLearning?

Bridge/MyLearning is an online system that facilitates course registration and administration for CSU employees seeking professional development. It is similar to CANVAS for CSU students, but is specifically for faculty and staff. Talent Development and individual units across campus work collaboratively to offer a broad range of learning topics to provide CSU employees the training they need to succeed in their roles to support the university community.

What is the difference?

Some CSU trainings are facilitated through Talent Development as the central unit that seeks to provide professional and personal development opportunities for CSU employees.

Some units on campus facilitate their own trainings unique to the needs of their faculty and staff. Talent Development does not oversee all content for all trainings, but does serve as a resource for connecting people to their training administrators.

If you’re seeking training that you don’t find available through MyLearning, contact Talent Development as they may be able to provide customized training to meet your needs.
